• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 0-14 days before departure: No refund
• All cancellations must be made in writing

4. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for:

• Valid passports and visas
• Travel insurance
• Vaccination requirements
• Meeting entry requirements for all destinations

5. Liability

Everlasting Peace Travel:

• Acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers
• Is not liable for service provider failures or force majeure events
• Recommends comprehensive travel insurance

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover:

• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Medical emergencies
• Lost or delayed baggage
• Other travel-related incidents

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
