- Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations made 0-14 days before departure: No refund
- All cancellations must be made in writing

Travelers are responsible for:
- Valid passports and visas
- Travel insurance
- Vaccination requirements
- Meeting entry requirements for all destinations
5. Liability
Everlasting Peace Travel:
- Acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers
- Is not liable for service provider failures or force majeure events
- Recommends comprehensive travel insurance
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover:
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Medical emergencies
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Other travel-related incidents
7. Changes to Terms
